My name is Rachel, and I'm a junior at Penn State. I've worked with kids since I was 14, when I started my first job as a preschool gymnastics instructor. At that job, I loved watching kids learn, try new things, and have fun while I created a safe environment to support their growth. I also frequently took care of my younger brother and cousins while I was in high school. I love doing outdoor activities with kids, but I also like to read and can help with homework (I'm double majoring in Chemistry and Materials Science and Engineering). My friends and family describe me as responsible, patient, and outgoing! While taking care of your children, I want to help create an enriching, engaging, and safe space where they can be themselves and grow. We will definitely stay busy! This semester, I can work from 6 to 9 AM, 3 or 4 to 7 PM, and weekends. If needed, I can also do driving, housekeeping, and cooking for your family.
