About Rachel

I've recently moved to Findlay for graduate school at the university. I'm CPR/AED/first aid certified & a registered behavioral technician. I've worked in various forms of childcare, including babysitting, respite care, & education. I'm experienced & confident in my abilities to care for children of all ages & abilities. I'm looking for a job that offers a consistent schedule that compliments my class schedule. I'd describe my personality as nurturing, detail-oriented, & honest. One thing you should know about me is that I am aware of my abilities. If I am presented with a situation I am not confident in my ability to manage, I am comfortable saying "no." I strongly believe that honesty & communication are the keys to building trust.
