For as long as I can remember, I have really valued the elderly. I can't say I have had much experience in caring for medical issues but there are many other issues they are presented with. One such issue is transportation to places they need or want to go e. g. Doctors appointments, church, shopping etc. . Another issue is loneliness. Being able to have someone to talk to or share wisdom and skills with is important. No one wants to feel as though they have lost purpose in the world.
