Rachel is a wonderful fit for my two little boys. She's extremely patient and constantly engaging. She's even great a refereeing (aka redirecting) since my 3 year old tends to get in the baby's space. My children trusted her presence. I really appreciated her clear and consistent communication from the beginning. I need someone reliable and deeply knowledgeable of age-appropriate needs - so glad we found Rachel!
