Hi there, I'm Rachel! I'm 25 years old and graduated in 2016 with a degree in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies. Experience: I've babysat for families with multiple kids ranging from 8 months - 16 years old, including those Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder. I've worked as a social skills group facilitator for preschool, elementary, and high school students with Autism, ADHD, PDD-NOS, or general shyness. In Australia, I was an Au pair for a child with nonverbal autism, and volunteered at two schools for kids with special needs. Most recently, I worked at a residential school for differently-able individuals in India, teaching reading and writing. I'm a compassionate, patient, and open-minded individual. I realize the importance of adapting care to each individual and family. I believe there's no such thing as a DIS-ability; when adaptations are made, every human is ABLE. Hope you are all staying well during these times!

Rachel is a phenomenal caregiver. She treats others with the utmost respect, is timely, and has a sincerely positive outlook that is very encouraging. She is responsible and keeps focused at the task at hand all while being present and insightful. Any family would be lucky to share their days with Rachel. She is truly one of a kind.
