I'd describe my personality as kind, loving, and caring I like caring for people with special needs because it's a job that most people aren't willing to do and I really care for people with special needs because of the difficulties they have to deal with. I have so much respect for them and their families. I'm looking for a job that is able to be flexible with hours. I also would appreciate to work with a family that is great with communication. I wanna be able to meet all the needs that you expect so I would just love a good communication system with the family.
