Over the years I've worked in several longterm nanny positions, and I know how to adapt and stay with a family through the difficult times as well as the good ones. I've also worked in various short-term positions and several daycares, and have experience with kids of all ages, from infants to teenagers, as well as one on ones and groups. I have an English degree and love doing arts and crafts, playing games, and coming up with creative ways to keep kids happy and learning. I'm patient and responsible, great at homework help, and enjoy being outdoors, taking the kids to parks or just playing in the yard. We can't recommend Rachel enough. Our son loves spending time with her - they've become such great friends over the last months. She has encouraged his imagination with arts and crafts and other fun ways to play that relate to his interests, spent countless hours talking to about cars and trucks, reading, teaching, taking trips to the library and playing in the park. She's also the only person who can consistently put him down for a nap in his crib - a real accomplishment! She is responsible, reliable, and we feel very safe knowing that he's in good hands.
