Where to even begin with all the reasons we love Rachel, and are very sad that she has moved out of state. I really appreciated how she immediately got right in there with our 5 month old daughter, and was not shy when it came to establishing a safe connection between them. She often took our daughter out of the house on little adventures, and always sent photos + updates through the day so we knew what was going on. At the end of the day she would send a summary of the day: nap times, food intake, bottle drinking etc. It is very clear that she truly loves caring for babies, and I always felt that my kid was in the best of hands.
