About Rachel

**I work at a school in South Tampa from 2-6 p.m. so I'm mainly looking for something during the morning until 1 p.m. (open to weekends if needed)** I love helping children grow and learn, and I'm excited to bring my passion and skills to families in need of childcare. With two years of experience as a preschool aid and support staff at a school, I have a gift for working with kids and a strong understanding of early childhood development. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, and I've completed coursework in early child development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I'm always happy to provide updates on your child's day or address any concerns you may have. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and following your lead on parenting styles.
