About Rachel

Hi, I'm Rachel and a mom to 2 little ones. I'm looking for part-time work, for weekdays and daytime hours (unfortunately I'm unavailable for nights/weekends). With over 20 years of experience in working with children of all ages as well as having my own, I feel very comfortable with them and love helping them learn and grow. My strengths as a caregiver include being responsible, reliable and a caring person. I'm more than happy to help or assist in child care, running errands, or any kind of parenting support. My background in child care and working with children includes numerous types of work but primarily as a child and family therapist. I have my Masters in Social Work and did my undergraduate degree in child development. I have been recently recertified in CPR/First Aid. I love to cook and bake and am happy to prepare meals/snacks and I'm also excellent at party planning so if you need any help with planning a party/gathering, I'd be more than happy to help with that as well!
