Hi! My name is Rachel and I hope to be your nanny. I have babysitting and nannying experience since I was 12 (11 years!). I have my my bachelors degree in elementary education and psychology (child psychology focused). I have my masters in educational psychology. I'm currently going for my Educational Specialist to become a school psychologist in 2024! I have always loved kids and have a real passion for working with them. I have taught 3rd grade, been a toddler teacher at a daycare, and have been a K4-5th grade tutor. I I believe every interaction I make with a child can be a learning experience. The world is a classroom, and I hope to help be their teacher. I am energetic, optimistic, and patient. Caring for children is not just a job to me, it is a passion and lifelong vocation. Rachel was a pleasure to work with! While we only worked with her for about 2 months (June 2021-August 2021) due to a scheduling conflict, we LOVED working with her and our little girl adored her. She has experience working with infants (our girl was 3 months old when Rachel started) and does great keeping them happy, safe, and entertained. She has a lot of knowledge about children's learning and development which is great. Rachel is very personable, kind, energetic, and dependable. We will definitely hire Rachel again for date nights in the future!
