I am *astounded* by Rachel. I needed help with an "around the house" job (taking my car in for maintenance because I could not do so myself) and she answered my call with not just immediacy and deep care, but with incredible attention to detail. She texted me as she went along with status updates and even suggested some preventative issues she noticed from the car indicator lights. And she did so with friendliness and efficiency, making me feel personally cared for. I can't wait to hire her again!
