About Rachel

I've spent the last four years doing what I love: caring for children. My passion for childcare stems from my wonderful experiences babysitting. My patient and friendly demeanor allows me to connect with children easily. I believe open communication is key, so I'll keep you updated on your child's day through regular texts or phone calls, or in person at pickup, whichever you prefer. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at once, and I have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. I have some college education under my belt, and I'm CPR-trained and First Aid-certified. I'm skilled at enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. When it comes to playtime, I love getting the kids outdoors for sports and physical games, or we can stay in and enjoy board games and puzzles. I also like to incorporate educational games that promote learning.
