Rachel worked for us for 3 weeks M-F. Her time with us was short because she moved to TN. However even thought her time with us was short - I would totally hire her again and recommend her to anyone with babies under 12 months. We had a very fussy baby who would not sleep. We hired Rachel when he was eight months old. As our fourth child he had been babied in ways our other three had not. It previously took me 30 to 40 minutes to put him down for his nap and each nap Would only be 30 minutes long. On Rachel's first day she put the baby down within 10 minutes and he slept soundly for two hours. We thought it was a fluke until she did again for his second nap and then every single day for the rest of the week. She is incredible with babies. While the baby napped Rachel played with my three-year-old and they were constantly playing dolls or Legos or Magna tiles. Rachel is easy-going on time punctual and dependable.Rachel also helped us with laundry and took both the baby and my three year old swimming. As to the previous review of Rachel that says she did not respond to texts and did not show up we had a completely different experience. And when I asked Rachel about this review she told me that she had been in the hospital. I happen to believe her as she had been Nothing but honest and transparent with us.
