My name is Rachel (but everyone calls me Rae Rae) & I'm hoping to find two happy families that I can create a Nanny Share with or one family for full-time work! I have more than 19 years of experience as a Teacher/Infant Care Specialist. My passion is caring for newborns/twins, but I also have completed DONA-Certified Doula + Lamaze-Certified Childbirth Educator licensure courses, so I'm always willing to support the mamas as well, especially through the important "fourth trimester". I enjoy studying different cultures & am fluent in Spanish so I would love to get to immerse your kiddos in a foreign language. Perhaps this makes me sound like a "hippy", but I firmly believe in minimal screen time & prefer getting outside into nature for playtime as much as possible. I am an extremely peaceful person who enjoys reading to children & pride myself on maintaining a calm environment, but I also know when to turn up the fun & I love to dance around with the babies & play musical instruments.
