We were very concerned leaving our new born with a stranger when we started looking for care. We were BEYOND fortunate to have found Rachelle. Rachelle is like family, she's been with us since my second was 3 months And will stay with him until he starts daycare, about 11 months with us. On top of just being so pleasant and lovable, she is helpful around the house, and she was so good with our three year old. Days school was closed for toddler she watched both children for us and days we needed coverage for something else she gladly offered to work. Toddler looks forward to seeing Miss Rachelle the days she watches the baby. She plays, sings, does all fun things with the baby. She gets excited at his accomplishments and even sends photo updates throughout day so I don't feel as if I'm missing out on anything in his life. We wouldn't have been able to get through this year without her. Selfishly I'm hoping she's available for a few months when our third arrives.
