I've been a nanny for two families, and I've also worked as a behavior technician for kids on the autism spectrum, a preschool substitute, a tutor, and an assistant coach for sports teams. Rachelle has been an absolute gem for our family. Her involvement in our children's lives is beyond a "babysitter." She is punctual, responsible, communicative and has the the biggest heart. She leads with compassion and empathy while still providing a structured environment the kids need to maintain a great level of respect. From handling pickups to homework time, Rachelle is dependable. She came through in a time for our family when we really needed help. She surpassed any expection we could have imagined for our kids and has gone above and beyond to make sure the kids are heard and feel supported. She will be an amazing mother one day!
