I've found a deep joy in seeing children nurtured and loved, helping them grow into fine young boys and girls. To nurture their self confidence and kindness to themselves and others. Sometimes through facing fears and leaning how to make friends, or by doing age appropriate chores in fun ways to grow in competence. I love getting kids away from video games and inactivity to having outdoor adventures. . I know how to have fun safely and I love using my life experience's to educate. I have experience working with all kinds of kids. I find it is of the utmost importance to reinforce parental boundaries already in place as well as collaborating with parents to come up with effective consequences as situations arise.

We used Rachelle for an unexpected week long back up care for our 3 yr old son. Our son warmed up very quickly with her and was excited for her to return the next day. Rachelle was able to jump right in and make our son feel comfortable with the change. Rachelle was very punctual and did a great job for us especially on short notice.
