Rachelle is a wonderful woman that is on board with supporting parents through their journey with their littles. She respects parental requests and helps kids have stable boundaries by keeping close to what the parents expect in their care and in interactions with parental and nanny authority. She also keeps kids engaged and closely observes their personalities and behaviors to best support and uplift their growth and development. Wonderful nanny for your children! Highly recommended!
