I also have experienced with senior care, end of life, memory care and dementia! I provide services for household duties, assistance is medical appointments and transportation! Errands running, household organization and meal planning! For what's it worth I have amazing creative ideas for helping make a house a home and can assist with decorating and organizing ideas and designs! I can tell you I won't take a job unless my whole heart is into it! I truly have to love what I do and who l am doing it for as well as with! So that everyday is a great as it can be! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rachelle. She showed up late, and upon arrival, she did not get out of her car and abruptly left after seeing me and my husband standing on the porch. Prior to even arriving, she tried to pressure me into sending payment via an app, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. She also quoted a price higher than her advertised rate. After she left, she repeatedly messaged me, demanding payment for a job she didn’t do and threatening to report me for simply holding her accountable. Rachelle’s behavior was unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. She left me without the service I had counted on. I would not recommend her services to anyone
