About Rachel

I am a rising senior at Macalester College. As a caregiver, my passion is nurturing children's growth in a safe and stimulating environment. As a Hebrew school teacher and summer camp counselor, I've had the privilege of positively impacting young lives for a number of years and have found this work to be very rewarding. My patience and creativity allow me to engage children with diverse activities, including sports, board games, and arts and crafts. I prioritize clear communication with parents, verbally at pickup or through their preferred method, to ensure a collaborative caregiving approach. I am comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured environment. With my early childhood development coursework, I'm excited to share my knowledge and ensure your child's well-being.
