About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel and I have worked in a variety of childcare settings for over 5 years. Some of my strongest characteristics are my patience, empathy, and care that I hold for others, specifically adolescents. I am currently working full-time as a paraprofessional, but am looking to generate some additional income through caregiving. Through my work as a Camp Director, I have extensive experience working with children of all ability levels and am able to handle all types of situations. Additionally my experiences have provided me with the opportunity to aid children in their schoolwork and help them find confidence in their abilities. I am comfortable assisting with cleaning or running errands as necessary, as well as with a variety of animals in the home. My favorite thing about working with adolescents is helping them find the things that bring them the most joy, and showing them that these things are important, no matter what they are.
