Our family has been so fortunate to find Rachel; she has quickly become an essential member of our sons' care team as his nanny. She is timely and has great communication skills, always quick to reach out with questions or updates to keep my husband and me in the loop with anything notable. Not to mention our son absolutely adores her! Rachel has been working with our family for the past 6 months. She has evolved from working solely with our son, to managing a Nanny Share with two young toddlers (both 11m). She handles their wild ways with grace and is excellent at anticipating their needs, keeping them well cared for and entertained. She manages expectations and maintains consistent and responsive communication with the parenting teams as needs arise. We are so grateful to work with Rachel!
