Rachel has been a Godsend to our family. Rachel is not only dependable and trustworthy at the highest possible standard, but is also someone the kids have developed a genuine and positive relationship with. They love her. This has been a vital aspect to their upbringing. Even though we don't need the help these days, we ask Rachel to sit now and again just because it's such a treat for the kids.
