About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic, and attentive. I like caring for seniors because it gives me a sense of purpose. It is also rewarding in the sense of giving back. Life is a cyclical. My mother will need care one day as will I and this is in some ways a form of paying it forward. I'm looking for a job that is meaningful, interacting with people, and helping people get through their day. I started caring for seniors when I wanted work that felt good to do. Something that I knew I had made a difference in someone's life and/or day. In my spare time, I like to read, watch documentaries, and spend time with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I am organized and can be detail oriented. My skills include time management, communication, problem solving, assisting with ADLs(activities of daily living), and physical strength and stamina.
