I started babysitting when I was 9 years old. I have had experience baby sitting kids up to about 11 years old off and on for the last 35 years. I was a single parent of three kids who have all grown up. I am really comfortable with infants and toddlers. Infants tend to find me very calming. I have learned to cook practically everything from scratch, and am comfortable working around special diets because of allergies. I am also willing to help with housework if it doesn't interfere with taking care of the children. I have had all kinds of pets (dogs, cats, horses, fish, snakes, turtles, rats/mice). I am comfortable taking care of any pets except birds (not afraid, just never had any). I am allergic to fragrances, so please let me know if your house has a lot of fragrances (air fresheners, potpourri, incense, smokers/vape, strong laundry soaps, etc.)
