Rachel is any busy family’s dream - she is organized and helpful, and she is fantastic with kids. We were lucky enough to have her with our kids for six years, and my kids love her as part of our family. Rachel does more than babysit - she organizes activities, helps with homework, and does anything else to make her time with the kids special. If you are looking for a nanny, hire her immediately! It was the best decision we ever made.
