About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachael, and I started my babysitting/nanny journey at 15 yrs old. I grew up in Paramus NJ, and cared for families in that area for 7 years. After providing consistent care during that time, I decided to take a pause and focus on my education. Since then I have moved to the Elizabeth/Cranford area, completed my Bachelor's Degree and would love to continue what once was the most intrinsically rewarding job I ever had. I have experience with ages ranging from 10 months to 14 yrs old. Per household I cared for up to 3 kids (varying ages, energy levels and personalities) at a given time. As an animal lover with a dog of my own I can also care for family pets. I enjoy providing excellent child care services focused on fostering imagination, leading with gentle instruction, mutual respect and providing genuine love and understanding. Every child I have cared for in the past has left a profound lasting impact on me, and I know my time with them was just as meaningful.
