About Rachel

As a certified teacher with five years of experience as a childcare provider, I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in educational and enjoyable activities. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it be verbal updates at pickup or regular texts throughout the day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and puzzles. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach your children how to swim, should the opportunity arise. My ECE coursework, First Aid training, and CPR training, along with my experience, have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care for your child.
