We hired Rachel to watch our two boys (early childhood age) and she immediately became their favorite person - and ours! She is reliable, dependable, incredibly creative and thoughtful. We have very active boys and they needed structure for them over the summer - she had the perfect balance of keeping them busy with activities, teaching responsibilities but also reinforced the importance of quiet time. She's been a great role model to them and know she will be for many children in the future.
