I was responsible for planning activities that included arts and crafts, baking, physical activities, and outings to the library, museums, park, movies and more. I also provided transportation to numerous activities and classes and was responsible for preparing meals and light housekeeping/organizing. Rachel was our full-time nanny for 8 months. She looked after our little one, beginning when he was 5 months until he turned 13 months in January of this year. She was an amazing caretaker and friend to our baby, and a wonderful employee. Among other things, she helped sleep train our baby, introduce baby foods and then transition to solids, introduce a sippy cup, tackle stomach sensitivities, and take him to the park and other activities outside the house. Rachel always had a positive attitude, and constantly demonstrated such care for our little one. We hated to part ways with Rachel but our local daycare recently opened, which we had been waiting for. We're so fond of Rachel that we still use her for babysitting when she's available and plan to meet up with her regularly so our child can continue to spend time with her.
