About Rachel

My experience with caring for children ranges from early intervention ABA special needs young children from ages 1-6 as well as middle school and high school age at-risk under resourced youth in cultural diverse communities. I have worked with nonprofits specializing in providing mentorship, confidence, leadership, and directional workshops to benefit their self-esteem and future goals in life. I have also worked in the Jewish Community Center on Long Island with young boys and girls grade school ages as an after school academic helper and advisor. Throughout high school, my interest in children started when I learned to love being a mother's helper and babysitter/caregiver. I am now a master's student in Mental Health Counseling with experience working one on one with adolescents and adults.
