I went to a small Christian college in the north Georgia mountains, Young Harris College, where I received my BFA in Theater Design. From there, I went to an internship at Walt Disney World resorts for costume design. I then taught high school Theater at Eagles Landing Christian Academy. I just moved up to Roswell and became a nanny for two adorable toddler twin boys. Then most summers I was a nanny for a three precious kids. I have extensive experience with special needs, including Autism, ADD, Sensory Seekers, Anger Management, and Depression in Children. I am an extremely patient person who will do whatever is necessary to help children be the best they can be. In my previous nanny experiences I like to pick a theme for the week. Such as left and right, tying our shoes, or how to hold a pencil. All age appropriate for each child. I encourage using your imagination. I guess it's the theater major inside of me. Some of my favorite projects I have done have been planting gardens, freezing army men in a bowl of water and using toy tools to break them free, painting with leaves, scavenger hunts and making cookies. I also love taking children places. With the twin boys every day we go somewhere, such as the park, the neighborhood pool, the zoo, the aquarium, the children's museum, or Fernbank. I love to keep kids active and their minds learning. I am very flexible to whatever the parents need and can keep strict to a schedule.
