About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as authentic, thoughtful, and open-minded. I like working with kids because it's rewarding to see their growth and development. Children often have an honest, unfiltered way of expressing themselves, which can be refreshing and fun. I started working with kids when I was 18 years old. Though, I gained experience with babysitting family members at the age of 15. My first real job was at the YMCA working with 3-5-year-olds. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, go to the movies, and travel. One thing you should know about me is that as long as I am around your child/children, I will have their best interest at heart and nurture/care for them just as their parents would. My skills include communication, patience, and creativity!
