About Rachel

I'm a nurturing individual with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. Past years of experience babysitting in homes and daycare, as well as my current role as a registered behavior technician, instilled in me a deep appreciation for fostering meaningful bonds and witnessing the positive impact of my care. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and establish a safe, fun, and educational environment. I believe in open communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a wide range of games and am always eager to discover new ways to engage and stimulate young minds. With my BS degree, CPR training, and First Aid certification, and RBT I am well-equipped to provide a safe and nurturing environment for up to three children of varying age and challenges.
