About Rachel

I currently work now at a middle school with students with special needs. I have been doing babysitting and working at afterschool programs and summer programs for about five years now and really see my passion with children. As a caregiver with five years of experience, I am passionate about fostering positive growth in children's lives. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them regularly updated about their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a wide range of activities that stimulate children's minds and bodies. With my First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework, I am well-equipped to provide exceptional care.
