Rachel has been a lifesaver. She arrives promptly and communicates frequently as to how the children are doing. Her calm disposition sets a tranquil environment and she follows instructions/wishes. She was willing to come and meet us before arranging our first babysitting day which was extremely comforting and gave us great peace of mind. My children enjoy reading and playing games with her and greet her with hugs. Rachel’s attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine care for our children has made her a great fit for our family.
