Rachel is caring and knowledgeable about both cats and dogs. I was in a wheelchair when she provided care for us. She understood our leash aggressive dog and handled her not only well, but with gentleness. I highly recommend Rachel! She moved out of our area or we would still be using her to help care for our pets.
