Rachel is a lifesaver to us! Our daughter was struggling with learning Mandarin and on was the verge of failing until she started working with Rachel. Our daughter was behind on her on-line lessons, and showed no signs of recovery. Rachel is very organized, conscientious and kind. Her approach with my daughter was patient, yet consistent. By listening to my daughters needs and interests, I believe she also made it fun. Rachel structured the sessions and homework in such a way that enabled my daughter to catch up on the written assignments, and even do quite well on the oral exam. I am confident that without Rachel, my daughter would not be where she is today. I can't recommend Rachel enough - she is an outstanding tutor (and a very lovely person too).
