Hello! I currently am a DSP. (Direct Support Professional 3 years) This means I assist people young and old with intellectual disabilities! Knowing that your work contributes significantly to someone's quality of life can be highly motivating. I also enjoy watching people succeed and grow and complete goals. I am medication administration trained, first aid certified, insulin and Diabetes informed (injection trained), as well as experienced with many allergies and (Epi)nephrine Pen injections. I am CPR certified and am currently renewing my BLS certification through Red Cross. I have prior babysitting/child care experience as well. I have the cutest blind puppy . Hopefully I'll get to show lots of pictures when we meet!
