My 15 years of experience have taught me that every child is unique, and I strive to provide personalized care that meets their individual needs. I'm creative, friendly, and approachable, and I love to play games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games. When it comes to communication with parents, I follow their preferred method, whether it's through daily reports, phone calls, or text messages. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe that consistency and structure are important for children's development. I'm also willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have a graduate degree and am trained in CPR and TrustLine certified (CA only). I also hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

We absolutely love Rachel, she has been wonderful and amazing with my teenage daughter for years. She is very patient, caring and understanding. She has been very supportive of my daughter’s emotional needs. Especially going through a difficult divorce. Rachel is also a wonderful communicator and very prompt with meeting with my daughter on a regular basis. We love and appreciate Rachel. We absolutely recommend her to any family, who would love and appreciate her as well.
