I love hanging out with my two nieces, ages 3 and 8 years old. I was their full-time nanny when they were 2 and 7 years old. I also have been working at the Washington State History Museum as an educations assistant, guiding students on field trips. It is so fun hear kids' observations and hypotheses! I am patient, calm, and empathetic, and I always want kids to feel understood. When it comes to enforcing rules, I follow the lead of the parents!
