About Rachel

Hello! I am 20 years old, and have been working in the daycare scene for almost 5 years now! My mom is the childcare director for St. Theresa Catholic School in Des Moines, IA, where I have been working since I was 16, (ages from 2-12). I am CPR and first aid certified, as well as have my own mode of transportation if needed. I am currently taking classes at Kirkwood community college for Construction Management, and am looking for a job to support me through this time! I'd describe my personality as adventurous, caring, and easygoing. In my spare time, I love to read and journal, and I also go to the gym every day! I also love to play my guitar. I love to play basketball, and being active. On a free day, I like to hang out with my cat and eat pasta! One thing you should know about me is that I am in the U. S. Army reserve. I graduated basic training in February of 2024. The military completely changed my life. It made me a much more motivated and disciplined individual.
