About Rachel

I have been working with children in one capacity or another since a very young age. As a 4th generation nanny, I grew up observing the nanny/family relationship dynamic and feel it has given me special insight into what it takes to balance such a personal career while still maintaining a professional relationship. I have been fortunate to have worked with amazing families, most of them have become very close personal friends. Even years later, I maintain deep connections with the kids I have cared for. As a professional, I feel it is extremely important to continue learning. I attend trainings at least 3 times per year and also take classes based on the needs of my current family. In the past year, I have completed training as a Newborn Care Specialist, received a certificate in Childhood Nutrition, and received my Nanny Credentials from the International Nanny Association.
