About Rachel

I've been working with children of all ages for the past two years (1yr-17yrs), and it's been the most rewarding experience. Watching them grow and learn is such a gift, and I'm grateful to be a part of their lives. As a friendly, patient, and firm caregiver, I believe in creating a safe and fun environment where children can thrive. Daily or weekly check-ins with parents help ensure we're all on the same page and working together to address any issues that arise. When it comes to household rules, I'm comfortable enforcing them fairly and consistently. From board games to outdoor activities, I'm always up for a game that encourages engagement and keeps the kids away from screens. With experience as a Center Director of a tutoring center, Grand View University student, and lifelong learner myself, I'm confident in my ability to care for children of various ages.
