Rachel was a nanny for our three boys starting when the youngest was 6 months, and the older boys were 6 and 8. She was amazing with all of them and they loved her. She played with the older boys and kept the baby very happy, sticking to a nap schedule, making meals, etc. We would have kept her forever if we could! We highly recommend Rachel.
