Rachael has built a special bond with my daughter over the last few months and as well as with me. Rachael is very considerate and helps out with additional house keeping when needed. Rachael keeps our very active 2.5 year old busy and ready for bed by the time I get home. Rachael has assisted with meal prep and also picks up from daycare. Anytime there are school issues, Rachael communicates them with us with urgency. We love having Rachael with us! She is also very flexible and has helped us out on more than one occasion.
