I have helped with childcare since I was 16. My mother was also a teacher, so I have always helped with after-school programs and summer reading camps. I am happy to help with homework or after-school activities. I am friendly and fun and a great problem solver. I think quickly on my feet. I am happy to provide references upon request. I have a 4-year-old nephew who has certainly shown me the energy of little men! He loves playing with trucks and mud, and I am happy to oblige. He also loves puddles and bubbles, which I would have to say I prefer. My 8-year-old niece is a firecracker! She is always using her imagination to transport us to a different world - that or dressing me up as a bride with toilet paper. She is kind and fun and helps me remember I am never too old to play.
