Rachael came into our lives just as my mom needed extra assistance, and she was able to step right in and avert a crisis for us. She is kind, compassionate, patient, willing to step up when needed, and uses her great sense of humor to diffuse tension at the right moments. My mom has recently moved into assisted living, and I truly appreciate everything she did for us. Rachel is more than a caregiver; she is a friend!
