About Rachael

I am a trauma informed, certified yoga, instructor for children and adults. I also have worked with people in chair yoga, and with mobility issues. Along with that, I teach breath work and meditation. And I'm also a certified Reiki master and sound healer. I believe that all of these qualities can help me provide a healing and nurturing space for your loved one. I'm a patient, calm, creative, and friendly childcare provider. I use my skills to help children develop their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. With two years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance learning. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates via their preferred method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your child. I'm excited to get to know you and your family!
