About Rachael

As a nurturing and experienced caregiver with a decade of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development while supporting families. My patient and creative nature allows me to engage children in enjoyable activities that promote learning and fun. I maintain open communication with parents, regularly providing updates and following their preferred communication method. While I believe in following the parents' lead regarding household rules, I ensure a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. With my CPR Training, Certified Teacher status, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework, I'm well-equipped to care for children aged 0-11, with a maximum of four children at a time. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, I can also assist with language development.
